Homesensors (Nokia N810)

HomeSensors is a home hildon desktop applet which displays
battery status, temperature and light from the Nokia N810 sensors.
On boot it changes read permissions to users for the device /dev/retu,
so the raw battery voltage can be read and calculated.

Homesensors for Nokia N810

You can download it from here: homesensors_0.3_armel.deb
License: GPL

Note: After installing (as root) please run: chmod +r /dev/retu
(or make a hard reboot of the device by removing the battery) so the
temperature could be read by this applet.

Any comments and suggestions about homesensors are welcome ;-)

Well, please give more information. Do you use the application manager or dpkg -i ? What error you have?

You don’t need install. Download the homesensors_0.3_armel.deb file above somewhere to your tablet (/media/mmc2 for example), open File Manager and navigate to this directory and double click it. This will open the application manager and it will offer you to install it.
